Age Requirement

Vuju AI is an adult platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or access the Service. This requirement applies globally, regardless of the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

By creating an account and using Vuju AI, you represent and warrant under penalty of perjury that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are not creating an account on behalf of a minor
• You will not share your account credentials with any minor
• You will not allow any minor to use your account

Why We Require Age Verification

Vuju AI is a flexible, user-controlled AI platform intended for adults only. The platform covers a broad range of topics and content that requires adult judgment and discretion.

Additionally, AI-generated content can touch on complex topics — violence, drugs, sexuality, extremism, legal and medical information — that are inappropriate for minors. We take our responsibility to protect children seriously.

Verification Process

At account registration, you will be required to confirm that you are at least 18 years of age by:

• Checking an age confirmation checkbox during signup
• Providing a valid date of birth confirming you are 18+

We rely on self-attestation at registration. However, if we have reason to believe a user is under 18 based on information provided during account creation or use of the Service, we will suspend or terminate the account immediately.

If circumstances warrant additional verification (e.g., suspected violation, regulatory requirement), we reserve the right to request documentary proof of age. Failure to provide verification upon request will result in account suspension.

Enforcement

If we discover or have reason to believe that a user is under 18:

• The account will be suspended immediately
• Any subscription fees paid will be refunded to the original payment method
• The account will be permanently terminated
• The email address will be blocked from re-registration

If an adult creates an account and then allows a minor to use it, both the adult account holder and the minor are in violation of these Terms. The adult account holder assumes full legal responsibility for any misuse of their account by a minor in their household.

For Parents and Guardians

If you believe a minor in your household has created a Vuju AI account, contact us immediately via our privacy team. We will:

• Verify the account holder's age
• Terminate the account if the user is confirmed to be a minor
• Delete any associated account data
• Issue a refund if any subscription fees were charged

We recommend parents and guardians use parental control software to prevent access to Vuju.com. We support the use of DNS-based filtering and browser-level parental controls.

Minors' Data

We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18. If we discover that we have collected data from a minor, we will:

• Delete all associated personal data immediately
• Terminate the account
• Notify the individual (or their parent/guardian if contactable)

This policy is consistent with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) requirements and is incorporated into our Privacy Policy.
